Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to US from US warehouse right now. (Do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii islands) And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO. And we offer free shipping for all orders.
How long does it take for home delivery?
For normall orders, please allow 3~6 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by SOHAMO are estimates. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
Most of our bikes ship via FedEx GROUND and USPS. Due to shipping limitations on lithium-ion batteries, we aren’t able to offer expedited shipping services.
Do I need a license to ride ebike on the road?
No. The e-bike from Sohamo is completely under U.S regulations and laws which allow you to ride it without specific license.
Will my ebike arrive assembled?
Your bike will arrive mostly assembled. We'll also provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video for the rest part.
What can I do if something goes wrong with my e-bike during the warranty?
We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem.
Why did credit card payment fail?
Why did credit card payment fail? If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you: 1. Please switch to your other credit/debit card. 2. If you have a Paypal account, please try to pay by PayPal. 3. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card.
