—what payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, debit cards, or credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards).

—How to pay with my credit card?
Even without a Paypal account, click “Continue to Paypal” to select other payment methods at the checkout page. At the pop-up payment page, click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to complete the payment.
—Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, you can use Pay in 4 through PayPal/Klarna.
—What if my credit card payment fails?
If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstances, here are 3 solutions for you:
1)Please switch to your other credit/debit card.
2)If you have a Paypal account, please try to pay by PayPal.
3)If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card.

—How to redeem my SOHAMO points?
For users who have already registered, please log in first; for users who have not registered but have placed order(s), please firstly register with the email under your order, and then log in.
After logging in, there's a "rewards" sign in the bottom left corner of our web page, you click in and cash in your points and it generates a string of code at the end.
Then you can input the code on your payment page.
—Is there any discount if I purchase your products?
You can subscribe or email us for updated promotional offers.
—How to purchase parts which not being listed on your website?
For those parts not being listed on our website, we create a temporary link for ordering the parts.
We do sell almost all original parts for our bikes but won't list all of them on our site. This is to make sure each customer won't get the wrong part, responding to changes by time in terms of configurations even on the same model.
