How to solve the problem of the throttle not working but also no display error code?
There are two situations where the throttle does not work:
- The throttle does not work, but pedal assistance can be used normally.
Solution:
1) First check if the wires connecting the throttle to the controller is worn or loose (you can reinsert the wires and restart the display to ensure that there are no loose wires causing poor contact).
Ensure that the pins on the wire surface and inside the wire interface are not bent or damaged.
If the wiring is damaged, the damaged parts need to be replaced.
- If all wires do not have the above issues, you may need to replace the throttle or controller.
- The throttle is not working, and pedal assistance is also not working properly.
Solution:
- Check all wires for wear and looseness (you can reinsert the wires and restart the display to ensure that there are no loose wires causing poor contact).
Special inspection of the sensor line and throttle line to ensure that the pins on the surface and inside the line interface are not bent or damaged.
If the wiring is damaged, the damaged parts need to be replaced.
- First, check if the speed limit has been adjusted.
If this is caused by accidentally adjusting the speed limit to the lowest value of 1,you can adjust the speed limit to a normal value, such as adjusting it to a speed limit of 25km/h.
- If the above is normal, you may need to replace the controller or integrate the mainline.
