Error Code: 002
An ERROR '002' code displayed that the communication signals that go from the electronic parts are interrupted. Sometimes cable failures like damaged cable sheathing or loose connectors can also cause the problem.
You can proceed as follows:
Step 1:
Firstly, turn off the bike power and thoroughly inspect the connectors and wiring.
The main inspection locations include motor wires, wires connected to the controller, sensor wire, integrated mainline, and display wire.
Note: If some lines loose, please re-insert again. Don't forget to check whether the pins in the cable connector are bent or broken.
Step 2:
If there is no obvious damage to the wires, please determine which lines are not working properly. Usually, problems are mostly caused by controller, display, or integrated mainline.
Step 3:
Due to the many possibilities of the parts causing the 002 error code, please inform us of the wire condition and some faulty parts after following the first and second steps of inspection.
